Board of Directors

The EMSAT Board of Directors is composed of nine (9) members.  Officers are elected from those nine members.  EMSAT has a President, Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer.  To learn more about the specific roles of he officers review our bylaws.  You will find a link from our homepage.

Board members meet every few months to provide leadership for the organization.  Board members are responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the EMS Association of Texas.
